How do I manage my club’s members on Windline?

If you run a club page, open it under Clubs on the web dashboard. Members lists everyone in the club. Choose Open (anyone with the link joins) or Approval (you approve each request), approve or decline requests, remove members, and copy the invite link. Only the club’s managers see this.
Where to find it
On the web dashboard, open Clubs and your club. Below the rides, Members shows everyone in the club. Only you and the club’s other managers see it.
Open or Approval
Choose who can join with the switch at the top of Members:
- Open: anyone with your club’s link joins straight away. Good for most clubs.
- Approval: people ask to join, and you approve them. Good for a club with a members-only list.
You can change it any time. People who already joined stay in.
Approve, decline or remove
- Waiting for you lists join requests, oldest first. Tap Approve or Decline.
- To remove a member, tap Remove next to their name. Their club rides leave their Riding list. They can ask to join again.
Invite people
Copy the invite link from Members (it’s your club page, windline.tech/c/your-club) and share it in your club’s WhatsApp group, on your Strava club or on your website.
See who’s riding
Each ride shows who’s said they’re riding, with their names and photos. It’s a quick headcount for the coffee stop or the bunch. The public club page only shows the number.
Managing members works on the web dashboard. The iPhone app shows your clubs and rides, but member management stays on the web.
