Claim the club page we set up for you

Updated

We set your club, coach or organiser page up before you had a Windline account, so it’s public and waiting for you. Sign in to Windline, or create a free account, with the email address we wrote to (an email code, Google or Apple), and you’re its admin automatically. Hid your email with Apple? Sign in, then open the claim link from our email. It works once, for 30 days.

Your page is already live

When you apply for a page (on livedot.me or at windline.tech/pages) and you don’t have a Windline account yet, we set the page up anyway. It’s public at once, at livedot.me/your-club and windline.tech/c/your-club (or /o/ for an organiser), so riders can find it while you get started. We email you when it’s ready.

Take it over in three steps

  1. Open the Windline dashboard.
  2. Sign in, or create a free account, with the email address we wrote to. An email code, Google or Apple all work.
  3. That’s it: you’re the page’s admin. Windline says You’re the manager of your club, with a button to open it.

It works the same for a brand-new account and for one you already have. If you sign up with a password, the page becomes yours the moment you type the 6-digit code that confirms your address.

Signing in with Apple and hiding your email

If you choose Hide My Email when you sign in with Apple, Windline sees a private relay address, not the one we wrote to, so it can’t match you by itself. Use the claim button in our email instead:

  1. Sign in to Windline first, any way you like.
  2. Tap Claim your club (or Claim your page) in the email, then Claim your page on the screen that opens.

The button links the page to whichever account you’re signed in with, so only use it yourself.

Each link works once, for 30 days, and a newer email replaces the one before. If it says This link doesn’t work, reply to our email and we’ll send a fresh one. Signed in with the wrong account? Choose Switch account, sign in with the right one and open the link again.

Once it’s yours

Open your page under Clubs on the dashboard. Add its rides and events from inside the page, with its Add button (see your rides and your pages), fill in Get found on livedot, and manage members: see managing your club’s members and getting found on livedot.
