How do I list my coaching on livedot?

Why it matters

People who want a plan, a training group or help before their first race ask ChatGPT or Claude things like “personal cycling trainer in Joburg”. With livedot connected, the answer lists coaches near them, each with what they coach, their next group session and a Book / contact button. Your coach page is what puts you on that list.

Apply

1. Open windline.tech/pages and choose I’m a coach or training group.
2. Add your name, or your coaching business’s name, and pick where you coach from the list: the suburb or town where your sessions meet, never a home address.
3. Tick what you coach (road, MTB, gravel, triathlon, beginners, racing) and how you coach: 1-on-1, small group or online.
4. Add your qualifications if you like, in your own words and up to 80 characters, for example the course and level you hold. livedot shows them as yours. It never marks a coach as verified or certified, so those words aren’t accepted.
5. Add your Book / contact link: your Biotree or your own booking page. No Biotree yet? The link under the box makes one free.
6. Add your group sessions: the day, time and meeting point of each.
7. Tap Send. A real person at Windline sets up your page and emails you, usually within a day.

Once it’s approved you’re findable at once: in livedot’s answers, on livedot.me/your-name, and on livedot.me/coaches for your area.

Keep it up to date

In the Windline dashboard, open your page and Get found on livedot. You can change what you coach, how, your qualifications, your Book / contact link, your area and your sessions. The page shows it straight away; livedot’s answers catch up within about 10 minutes.

From the same page you can make your page’s Biotree in one tap; it becomes your Book / contact link.

Your training group

Your page has Join the group. Riders join through Windline, signing in or making a free account in the same step. If you choose approval, you approve each new member. Your members are never listed by name to the public.

Athletes who chose you

Riders can pick you as their coach in Account, and then you show next to their name when they’re live. In the Windline dashboard, open your page to see Athletes who chose you: each one’s name and since when. Only you see this list.

Tap Remove next to anyone who isn’t yours. You come off their live line at once and they can’t pick you again; they aren’t told. Changed your mind? Undo under Removed puts them back.

Invited by an athlete?

If one of your riders invited you, the email’s Get listed free opens the application already filled in. Once you’re approved, everyone who invited you has you on their line straight away. No thanks means we never email that address again.

What livedot won’t show

Anything you didn’t add, any member’s name, and any claim that a coach is verified or certified. Keep to what you offer and how; don’t promise results for anyone’s health or fitness.
