How do I unpublish or delete an event?

Open the event’s Settings. Unpublish hides it and keeps the address reserved for you. Delete removes the event, its days and routes, and frees the address. Riders opening the link see that it isn’t available.
Unpublish
- Open the event and choose the gear icon for Settings.
- Under Publishing, choose Unpublish and confirm.
Riders opening the link see “Not found” until you publish again. The address stays reserved for you, and everything you set up is kept. Publish again whenever you’re ready.
Delete
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete tour (or race, or ride) and confirm.
This removes the event, its days and their routes. The address is freed, and anyone opening the old link sees that the organiser has removed it. Deleting can’t be undone.
