Can anyone see my event before I publish it?

Updated

No. A new event is a private draft that only you can see in your dashboard. It gets a public link only when you publish it, and you can unpublish at any time.

Drafts

Everything you add to a draft, including routes, dates and times, stays in your account. There’s no address for it yet, so nobody can open it. The dashboard shows a Draft label on it.

Published events

Once published, anyone with the link can see the event’s name, the line under its title, its routes, dates, start times and forecasts. Your name and email address are never shown on the public page.

Published events show Live in your dashboard. To take one down, see unpublishing.

Can I preview it first?

Yes. The dashboard shows the same live ratings riders will see. After publishing, Open the page shows the rider view.
