How do I share the link with my riders?

After publishing, the share window gives you Copy and Share on WhatsApp. Later, use Copy link or Share at the top of the event in the dashboard. Riders open the link in any browser, with no account or app.
Right after publishing
The window says “You’re live” and offers:
- Copy, to paste the link anywhere.
- Share on WhatsApp, which opens WhatsApp with a message and the link ready to send.
- Open the page, to see it as riders will.
Any time after
Open the event in the dashboard and use Copy link or Share at the top.
What riders get
One link for the whole event. It unfurls with a preview in WhatsApp and most chat apps, opens in any browser, and always shows the latest forecast, so there’s never a second link to send. Each day also has its own address if you want to post a single day, for example …/day-3.
Tips
- Pin the link in your group chat and mention it the evening before each day.
- Riders can share a day’s forecast as an image. See sharing a day.
- There’s no QR code in the dashboard yet. Any free QR code maker can turn the link into one for a printed route sheet.
