How do I share a day or an event from the iPhone app?

Tap Share on a day or an event. Choose Post (4:5) or Story (9:16), then Share image, Copy caption or Share link. The caption has the link, so paste it into your Instagram or Facebook post.
Share a day or the whole event
- On a day, tap Share. For the whole event, tap the share button at the top of the event.
- Choose the shape: Post 4:5 for a feed, or Story 9:16.
- Then:
- Share image: opens your iPhone’s share sheet (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messages, Save Image to Photos and so on). The caption is copied too.
- Copy caption: the words and the link, ready to paste.
- Share link: just the link.
For Instagram and Facebook, share the image, then paste the caption into your post. It has the link.
What’s on the image
The route on the map, coloured by the wind, with the day’s rating, the headwind or tailwind and the weather. It still works with no signal, without the map.
