How do I open an event and find my day?
Updated
Tap the link your organiser shared. It opens the event in your browser with every day or stage listed, each with its date, start time, distance and rating. Tap a day for its map and full forecast.
The event page
The page lists every day or stage still to come. Each row shows:
- The day number (or the weekday, for a regular ride) and where it goes, for example “Santa Cruz → Big Sur”.
- The date, start time and distance, for example “Sat 10 Oct · 06:00 start · 108 km”.
- Today or Tomorrow when it applies.
- The rating, a short line about the wind, and the reason for a Fair or Tough rating.
The top of the page says “Live forecast · refreshed from Apple Weather through the day”. Opening the link always shows the latest forecast Windline has: refreshed about every hour in the two days before a ride, and every 3 to 6 hours further out. Keep the link: there’s no need to ask for a new one each day.
Opening a day
Tap a row to open that day’s map and forecast. Each day also has its own address, for example …/day-3, which you can save or share. See how to read a day.
Finished days
Days drop off the list once they’re over, in the event’s time zone. When every day has been ridden, the page says so.
