Connect ChatGPT or Claude to your Windline account
Updated
Add livedot to ChatGPT or Claude, sign in with your Windline account, and the assistant can list your events, make draft rides, tours and races from your GPX files, change their times and notes, and publish when you say so. Disconnect any time from Account.
What it does
livedot MCP connects AI assistants to livedot, Windline and RunFast. Anyone can ask it where someone is in a race or what the weather will be like. When you sign in with your Windline account, it can also work on your own events, exactly as your dashboard lets you:
- See your events: drafts and published, with their dates and whether they’re finished.
- Make a draft ride, tour or race from your GPX files or a Ride with GPS link. Nothing is public until you publish it.
- Change a name, description, start times, or a tour’s notes for riders.
- Publish an event, only after you confirm.
- Post a group ride on a club or organiser page you run.
Finished events never change, and private events stay private.
Connect it
- Add livedot to your assistant with the server address
https://livedot.me/mcp(in Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector; in ChatGPT: Settings, Apps & Connectors). - Ask it to do something with your events, for example “Make a two-day tour from these GPX files, starting 6 March at 6:00.”
- It asks you to sign in. Choose Windline, then sign in on windline.tech the way you always do (Apple, Google, or email and password).
- Check what it’s asking for, then tap Allow.
Your password never reaches livedot or the assistant: you sign in on windline.tech itself.
Disconnect it
On app.windline.tech, open Account. Under AI assistants, tap Disconnect next to the app. It stops at once. Events it made stay as they are.
