“You already have a Windline account with this email”

Updated

Your email already has a Windline account that uses a different way to sign in. Sign in the way you did before: with your password, with Google, or with Apple. Each account is tied to how it was first created.

The two messages

  • “You already have a Windline account with this email. Sign in the way you did before (Google or your password).” You tried Apple or Google, but the email signed up another way.
  • “There’s already an account with that email. Sign in instead.” You tried to create an email account, but one already exists.

What to do

  1. Think back to how you first signed up, and use that button.
  2. If it was email and you’ve forgotten the password, reset it.
  3. If you started signing up with email but never entered the code, sign in with that email and password: you’ll be asked for a new code.

Not yet. Contact support if you need to move your events to a different sign-in, and we’ll help.
