I didn’t get my confirmation code
Updated
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from hello@windline.tech with the subject “… is your Windline code”. Wait a minute, then choose Send a new code. Codes expire after 10 minutes, and only the newest one works.
Check these first
- Spam, junk and promotions folders. The email comes from
hello@windline.tech, with the subject “123456 is your Windline code” (with your code). - The address. The code screen says “We sent a 6-digit code to …”. If there’s a typo, choose Use a different email and sign up again with the right one.
- The newest email. Asking for a new code cancels the old one, so use the latest.
Send a new code
Choose Send a new code. You can ask once a minute (the button counts down) and up to 8 times a day.
Messages you might see
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| “That code has expired. Ask for a new one.” | Codes last 10 minutes. Send a new one. |
| “That code isn’t right. 3 tries left.” | Check the digits. After 5 wrong tries, ask for a new code. |
| “Too many wrong tries. Ask for a new code.” | Send a new code and use that one. |
| “Please wait a minute before asking for another code.” | Wait for the countdown. |
| “Too many codes today. Try again tomorrow.” | The daily limit resets at midnight UTC. |
Skip the code
Signing in with Apple or Google doesn’t need a code. If your email account blocks our messages, that’s the quickest way in.
Still nothing?
