The start times look wrong
Updated
Times are shown in the event’s time zone, set from where its first route starts, not in your device’s zone. If the event’s time zone itself is wrong, the organiser can change it in Settings without moving the clock times.
For riders
If you’re in a different time zone from the ride, the times on the page are local to the ride, which is usually what you want. If they still look wrong, tell the organiser.
For organisers
- Open the event and choose the gear icon for Settings.
- Check Time zone. Windline sets it from the first route’s start point, but you can pick another.
- Save. On tours and races, each day keeps its start time on the clock: 06:00 stays 06:00.
If one day’s time is wrong, open that day and change its Start time. See start times, speed and stops.
Finish times look wrong
The finish time comes from the riding speed and the stop time. If your group rides slower or stops longer, change them on the day. See how the timing works.
