The event link says “not found” or “removed”

Updated

“Not found” means the event isn’t published at that address: it was unpublished, renamed, or the link has a typo. “This tour was removed” means the organiser deleted it. Ask the organiser for the current link.

What each message means

Message Why What to do
“Tour not found” (or race, or ride): “It isn’t published, or the link is wrong.” The event was unpublished, its address changed, or the link has a typo. Check the link, or ask the organiser for the current one.
“This tour was removed”: “Its organiser has removed it from Windline.” The organiser deleted the event. Ask the organiser.
“Ride not ready yet” The organiser hasn’t added the route or the ride days yet. Try again later.
“Day not found” or “Stage not found” That day no longer exists, often after the days were reordered or deleted. Open the main event page for the full list.
“Page not found” The address isn’t a Windline event. Check the link.
“This ride link has expired” A link shared from the old Windline app, which lasts about 4 months. Ask whoever shared it for a fresh one.

For organisers

If your riders see “not found”, check in the dashboard that the event shows Live, and that you shared the address shown there. Changing the address releases the old one, so share the new link. See publishing.
