The Apple or Google sign-in window won’t open

Your browser is probably blocking pop-ups. Allow pop-ups for app.windline.tech and choose Continue with Apple or Continue with Google again. If the window closed before it finished, start again and complete the sign-in in it.
The messages
- “Your browser blocked the sign-in window. Allow pop-ups for app.windline.tech and try again.”
- “The sign-in window was closed before it finished.”
Allow pop-ups
- Safari on iPhone: open Settings, then Safari (Apps, then Safari on iOS 18 and later), and turn off Block Pop-ups while you sign in.
- Safari on Mac: Safari, Settings for app.windline.tech, then set Pop-up Windows to Allow.
- Chrome: select the blocked pop-up icon in the address bar and choose to always allow pop-ups from app.windline.tech.
- Firefox and Edge: use the notice under the address bar to allow pop-ups for the site.
Inside an app’s browser
Links opened inside WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook use a built-in browser that often blocks sign-in windows. Open app.windline.tech in Safari or Chrome instead.
Other errors
“Too many tries. Wait a minute and try again.” means several attempts were made quickly. Wait a minute. “No connection. Check your internet and try again.” means your device is offline.
