Does Windline work in my country?

Updated

Yes. Windline works anywhere in the world: the forecast comes from Apple Weather, which covers the whole globe. Routes can be anywhere, and each event shows its times in the time zone where its route starts.

Routes anywhere

Windline reads the forecast for each stretch of your route from Apple Weather, which forecasts worldwide. A tour along the California coast, a sportive in the Alps or a club loop in Melbourne all work the same way.

Times in the right zone

When an organiser adds the first route, Windline sets the event’s time zone from where that route starts. Every start time, arrival time and chart is shown in that zone, so riders travelling to an event see local times. More in time zones.

Units

Windline shows km/h, °C and km, or mph, °F and miles: it starts from your phone’s region, and you can change it once in Units. See switching to miles, mph and °F.
